Effect of the Thomas Fire on Our Community

With fires raging across our state now, it is hard to believe that it has been just shy of three years since the Thomas Fire wreaked havoc across our community. Like many of us, I was personally impacted by the Thomas Fire. I lost my house, my equipment, and the place where I ran this business.

After living through that experience, I personally believe that most people are good and will always rise to the occasion when tragedy strikes.

After the Thomas Fire, I was able to rebuild the business because my community came together to support me. I received donations, gifts, shelter, and have since been able to pass on the kindnesses that were shown to me. I am and will always be grateful for the incredible Ojai and Ventura community, and for that reason take even more pride in serving them.
