This picture was taken at my college graduation in 2011; that's my mom.
Something I always tell my crew is that I want them to treat our clients and their home the way you would treat their mother and her home—like family.
I’ll give you an example.
Because we are a professional window washing company, when we wash windows, we are often entrusted with keys, security codes, and full access to the property so that we can do our job thoroughly. This means that we will see parts of the clients’ home that they don’t usually see—roof tiles, exterior wall spaces, details of window tracks, locks, blinds, shutters, etc.
One day, we went to a client’s house for an eight-hour job. We noticed that a large amount of water was pooling in an indoor plant wicker basket. The floor was fine wood, so this demanded immediate attention.
We stopped the work we were doing and, upon further inspection, realized that the plant was drowning. We mopped up the water with our towels, took the plant outside, drained it, and brought it back in (to make sure it didn’t burn in the sun). It dried on the rock fireplace hearth (along with the wicker basket).
This attention to detail saved the hardwood floor, thousands of dollars, and the plant. And that's what we are all about. We truly care about our clients, so we treat them like family.
I believe we are only as good as our community, and I want to ensure that The Glass Man works to create a loving, kind community. :)
And that's what a professional window washing company does.
If there's anything we can do for you (cleaning windows, solar panels, rain gutters, rooftops, you name it), please feel free to call or text me at (805) 218-4660.
