 Pricing; What is this going to cost?
- All jobs are priced by the window
- The Basic Price per window includes: Washing the glass, brushing the screens, wiping the frames and sills, general cleaning of the track, and removing any paint or other build-up.
No drips or stains on the carpet, sills, or stucco. No smooshed flowers. No broken roof tiles. And if any of this does occur, (please see 'About Us: Our Values') The Glass Man will handle it; let the customer know, and take the appropriate steps to clean, replace or fix. - Additional services include: hard water build-up removal (acid wash), construction clean-up, screen washing, screen replacement, mini-blind cleaning, mirrors, skylights, light fixtures (interior and exterior). In addition there is a small fee for extension ladder work, based off the number of windows requiring a ladder.
- Every Job is different; estimates are free.
- The Glass Man proudly serves Ventura, Oxnard, Ojai, Camarillo, Fillmore, Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Moorpark, Carpinteria, and Santa Barbara.
- The Glass Man ALSO offers VERY affordable rates for frequent customers. (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly.)
